Can Navy SEAL Leadership and Big Tech Scale Revolutionize Airborne Threat Detection?
Special Operations Tactics Meet Silicon Valley Scale as NanoAi Readies Real-Time Standoff Detection Platform at Its Dallas Op Center

Building airborne threat detection platforms requires more than high-minded lab theories, it demands battlefield operational experience and enterprise software scale.
NanoAi Technologies Inc. appears to have locked in both as it gears up for critical laboratory testing at its newly minted Dallas-Richardson Operations Center.
The startup, currently the subject of a proposed acquisition by Intellistake Technologies Corp. (CSE: ISTK / OTCQB: ISTKF), officially unveiled the leadership team staffing its Texas facility. The operational roster bridges elite special forces, veteran enterprise engineering, research science, and defense-grade supply chain management.
At the helm stands Founder, Chairman, and CEO Craig Micklich. A 12-year U.S. Navy SEAL veteran and co-author of the peer-reviewed research supporting NanoAi’s core sensor, Micklich launched the platform to solve a problem he experienced firsthand: detecting hidden, invisible threats in the field before they turn lethal. Upon closing of the pending deal, Micklich is slating a seat on the board at Intellistake Technologies.
